The brokerage house OANDA TMS Brokers S.A. wishes to inform you of the planned updates this Saturday (4 March 2023) connected with the Meta Trader 5 platform (MT5).
The following user-relevant information is to be amended:
- Company name: OANDA TMS Brokers S.A.
- Server name: OANDATMS
The implementation is aimed at changing the name of our server on the MT5 platform in the scope of all service variants (TMS Connect, TMS Trader, TMS Stocks) and constitutes another step towards integration with the OANDA group.
How can this change influence the use of the Meta Trader 5 platform within the scope of services provided by OANDA TMS Brokers?
Some customers who use a mobile version of MT5 may lose the possibility of logging in with the existing application settings. We recommend performing the following steps to keep the possibility of accessing the platform:
- Open the application and click the + icon
- Enter the server or company name (that is OANDATMS or OANDA TMS Brokers S.A.) in the field find a broker
- Enter your login and password to the account
- It’s done
Please try to remember your account passwords on the platform. If you are unable to recover your existing password (e.g. when using automatic log-in), please contact our Customer Service Department before the weekend. Following telephone verification, our employees can assign a new password to you.
